Our Formation Program: Affiliate
This is a time to discern God's call to religious life, living in our community for a personal experience in community living. This includes periodic meetings with the vocation directress for personal sharing, question and answer sessions with the opportunity for help and guidance.
Postulancy
This time provides personal experience in community living, sharing in our prayer life and in our ministries, and the adjustment to a new lifestyle.
Novitiate
A time of initiation into the essentials of religious life as a Sister of Saint Rita, introduction to the history and charism of the community, our spirituality and apostolates, studying the vows, the Rule of Saint Augustine and Sacred Scripture, and a special time for personal and spiritual growth.
